Neeru Singh, a passionate animal lover and dedicated caregiver, hails from the quaint town of Kiccha, Uttarakhand. In 2015, she moved to Mumbai to pursue her dreams of becoming an actress and has since made her mark in the world of Hindi television with roles in popular serials like Baalveer and Waaris.

But beyond the glitz and glamour of the entertainment world, Neeru’s heart beats strongest for the voiceless. Her journey into animal welfare began with a simple, compassionate act — adopting a street dog in Mumbai. That moment became the turning point of her life.

Since then, Neeru has dedicated herself wholeheartedly to the care and protection of street animals. Every single day, she personally feeds dogs & cats in areas like Versova and Aksa, ensuring they are not just fed, but loved and looked after.

Neeru also runs a private animal shelter, currently home to 40–50 rescued dogs and nearly 30 cats. Her shelter provides medical care, food, and a safe haven for the animals who have been abandoned or injured. She’s deeply involved in every aspect of their care — from rescuing to recovery — and works tirelessly to raise awareness about street animal welfare.

Her compassion, consistency, and quiet courage have earned her immense respect not just among fellow animal lovers, but across her community.

For Neeru Singh, animal care is not a responsibility — it's a calling. Her love for animals truly knows no bounds, and her life stands as a powerful example of how one person’s dedication can make a world of difference.

Born and raised in Kiccha, Uttarakhand, Mandeep Kaur Singh has always had a deep connection with animals. After completing her studies, she chose to dedicate her life to animal welfare, joining her sister in this heartfelt mission. Her compassion and commitment led her to co-found the Live Long Animal Foundation, where she plays an active role in rescue operations, feeding drives, and creating awareness about animal rights. Mandeep’s journey is driven by love, empathy, and an unshakable belief that every life no matter how small deserves care and dignity.
